I understand the initial on-site consultation to get an onsite estimate is $330 and is completed generally on Fridays (And some Saturdays) between 7am and 1pm. For some repairs, we can’t give an estimate—it’s advice only, and fixed at an hourly rate) If it's a small issue and we can fix it in under an hour we will do so then and there.(Required)

I understand for full installations or more complicated jobs, including larger properties, that the $330 only includes the first hour on-site meeting you and additional time will be charged off-site to provide an estimate.(Required)
