Reticulation Installation
This large-scale installation in Floreat involved the complete overhaul of an outdated and inefficient reticulation system. The previous system had only eight solenoids located across a concrete driveway, which caused significant issues, especially with the low water pressure. To address these problems, we installed a brand-new reticulation system covering the entire front yard and gardens. We also connected the new system to some existing parts to maximise efficiency.
The project included repairing the main supply line that was pressurised under the driveway, ensuring a secure and long-lasting solution. We used high-quality materials like Rain Bird solenoids and controllers, and for optimal lawn health, we top-dressed, fertilised, and applied wetter soil to all front lawn areas. This comprehensive approach has transformed the property’s irrigation setup into a robust and efficient system capable of handling the site’s specific challenges.

Addressed the pressurised main supply line under the driveway and installed multiple new solenoids, positioning them for ease of access and maintenance.
Installed Rain Bird 1804-SAM pop-up sprinklers (100mm and 300mm) with MP Rotator nozzles to ensure efficient, even water distribution and complete lawn and garden coverage.
Utilised class 12 PVC piping for durability, and blue line pipe with protective measures for underground and driveway sections. Conduit and valve boxes were installed for long-term system integrity.
Top-dressed, fertilised, and applied wetter soil to the front lawn areas to promote healthy, sustainable growth and to improve the soil’s water absorption capabilities.
