Project Overview – Small Installation
Following our previous reticulation installation at this Ellenbrook property, we returned to complete a 70-square-metre lawn installation. The goal was to create a level, nutrient-rich base for the new lawn and ensure a professional, long-lasting finish. To begin, we applied 30 millimetres of high-quality Green Life Soil lawn concentrate, which was rotary hoed to a depth of 200 millimetres to promote optimal root growth and soil health. A final layer of soil was spread on top for an even finish.
Next, we used Eco Prime Emerald fertiliser, known for its balanced nutrients, to further enhance the soil quality. We also applied a liquid fertiliser upon installation to support the lawn’s initial establishment. The lawn was thoroughly compacted to ensure a smooth surface and strong foundation. The entire area was cleaned up after installation, leaving the property with a pristine, ready-to-enjoy lawn.
For this project, we supplied the soil, labour, rotary hoe, and fertilisers, while the homeowner provided Sir Walter lawn and a skip bin for waste disposal.

The Installation
Soil Preparation and Fertilisation
